Jane Curran

Jane Curran is the Alexander McLeod Chair in Modern Languages and Coordinator of European Studies at Dalhousie University. Her research interests include the eighteenth century, translation theory, the Bildungsroman, and the history of reading. Her monographs include Horace's Epistles, Wieland and the Reader: A Three-Way Conversation (1995) and Goethe's Wilhelm Meister's Apprenticeship: A Reader's Commentary (2002).
